Shipping for Returns

Customers bear the return shipping cost unless product is defective or wrongly shipped.

Refunds & Replacements

Non-Eligible Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Hygiene Sensitive” (e.g., lip products, masks once opened) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
