Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Item must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email info@organicbeautyskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers bear the return shipping cost unless product is defective or wrongly shipped.

  • Malfunctioning or incorrect items will be prepaid by OBS.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you’ll be offered a refund or store credit.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Hygiene Sensitive” (e.g., lip products, masks once opened) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Exceptions & Damages

  • If the product is damaged upon arrival, send us a photo via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll resolve swiftly—either by replacement or refund.
